Taurus 650 Prototype #??

 This shop prototype of the Taurus 650 was made to test out the various components and was the initial mockup  for what was to become the final version of the prototypes.   

The fenders were made of fiberglass, the fuel tank was a mockup closely resembling that of the final version and the handle bars were a generic set.  

I hope to one day be able to provide more detailed information on this and other prototypes and their evolutions to the end product. 

 This picture was taken by Rob Effinger who was one of the engineers that work on the transfer case/gear box for the Taurus 650.
