This is the paired secondary clutch to the 0600-0021 primary, however I don't think it has the 3 spring setting adjustments.

Over time, the Transmission pivot bolt might loosen and eventually run a risk of coming apart. The Special Insert Kit will fix this problem and ensure that the pivot bolt will not fail. A failure of the pivot bolt could cause severe damage to the trike and/or injury to the operator. This part is not mandatory, but highly suggested to be installed.
